Air Charter Booking Process
Our air charter booking process is simple and stress-free, especially if you have time on your side. The most important thing you can do before sending your first request is to read about the process.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
The client contacts us to inquire about the charter services. This can be done through various channels such as phone, email, or online quote request.
Step 2: Needs Assessment
We assess the client’s needs, including the purpose of the flight, desired travel dates, group size, destination, and any specific requirements or preferences. We request additional information to provide a tailored solution that meets the client’s needs.
Step 3: Proposal and Quote
Based on the needs assessment, we prepare a proposal and quote for the client. This includes details on the recommended aircraft, flight itinerary, services, and costs associated with the charter flight.
Step 4: Agreement and Contract
If the client is satisfied with the proposal and quote, they sign an Air Charter Agreement with us. The contract typically includes terms and conditions, payment details, cancellation policies, and other relevant information.
Step 5: Confirmation and Documentation
Once the contract is signed, we confirm the booking and provide the client with all relevant documentation, including flight details, itinerary, and any other necessary information.
Step 6: Pre-Flight Coordination
Prior to the scheduled flight, we coordinate all necessary arrangements, such as aircraft positioning, ground handling, permits, catering, and any other services requested by the client. We ensure that all necessary information is submitted.
Step 7: Flight Execution
On the day of the flight, we ensure that all arrangements are in place for a smooth group charter experience. The group arrives at the designated departure airport, goes through necessary security screenings, and boards the aircraft. The charter flight takes place according to the agreed-upon itinerary and services.
It’s important to note that the exact booking process may vary depending on the specific requirements, but the 7 steps above provide a general overview of a typical air charter booking process.
Group Air Charter process: Quick and efficient
The best time for contacting us with a quote request is 2-4 months before the departure.
If the schedule is tight, give the needed information when requesting the quote. Do not worry if you are running late; it will not be an issue. We have implemented flights despite a tight schedule, where we talk about hours or days, not weeks or months. Be reachable and ready to sign the agreement when you have seen a suitable offer. And remember, you always need to compensate for the flights in advance.
Before requesting the quote, it is recommended to have decided on the wanted route, dates you want to travel, approximate schedule, and group size. If necessary, you can make alterations after the contract signing.
