A client contacted us directly with very specific requirements due to arrangements involving various countries and cities. With COVID-19 restrictions changing constantly, we kept the team informed and safe throughout the entire tour.
Schedule:
Departure -3 days: Receipt of request and preparation of flight. Arrangement of aircraft and offer to the client.
Departure -2 days: Confirmation of flight and preparation of services. All crew sent to COVID-19 testing.
Departure: Aircraft disinfected before departure. Receipt of all COVID-19 test results (all negative) and operation of the flight.
Some things to consider if there is a Covid-19 concern:
Always ensure that the crew of your flight has been tested and/or quarantined. It is essential that you make sure that the operator can provide proof of disinfection of the aircraft; some airlines park their aircraft without disinfection. A quarantine of the crew is, of course, possible at an additional cost.
It is recommended to ensure that catering is served with covers to deter any contamination.
For terminal operations, it is recommended to use VIP terminals if possible. In cases with large groups, this is impossible, so some airports allow passengers to use VIP lounges or other special routes in the terminal. This often comes with an additional cost, but it ensures no contact with other travelers during the airport experience.
After landing, a pickup from the aircraft with a team bus is possible at some destinations. This also ensures no contact whatsoever.
Request an aircraft that has at least 50% more seats than your travel group’s size. This way, you can make sure that there is ample space in the cabin.
