Some things to consider for employee transfers:
Permits are often needed, or even political negotiations, when large groups of travelers are in question. These kinds of preparations, along with COVID-19 testing and possible quarantine requirements, take some time. It is generally recommended to reach out to the broker at least two weeks before the flight date. However, with the right interventions, it is sometimes possible to act faster.
Essential workers should travel with the lowest possible risk of COVID-19 infection
s. Therefore, direct routing and, ideally, private aircraft are the best alternatives.
Employees often travel with large amounts of personal belongings after being abroad or going abroad for elongated periods of time. For this reason, it is recommended to ensure that the operator is prepared for these volumes.
